Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

- Parents picking up students by car must remain in their vehicles.

- Every car must display the official VOE car rider sign in the center of the dashboard. If you do not have a sign, you will be asked to show ID while we verify if you are on the approved pick-up list.

- Students will be called to the nearest number and assisted into the car by a staff member.

- Once all students are loaded and it is safe to do so, both lines will be released.

In the event of rain and lighting, we will utilize a single car line to ensure student and staff safety.

- Parents or authorized pick-ups will receive a VOE dismissal card for walker pick-up. 

- You must present the card to the staff member at walker pick-up. Without the card, staff will have to verify authorization.

- Pre-K through first grade students will not be released without an adult present.

To ensure a smooth dismissal and keep all students safe, any changes in your child's transportation must be communicated to the front office by 2:30 PM. This gives us enough time to notify teachers and make necessary arrangements. Please call 377-8600 to make any changes in transportation for your child.
