Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
Arrival:
Your child's safety is our top priority. Please do not drop off students before 7:45 AM, as supervision is not available until then. We appreciate your support in keeping every student safe and cared for each morning.
Students arriving after the late bell at 8:25 will be marked tardy. Students arriving after this time must be escorted to the office by an adult.
Dismissal:
If you are picking up your child before 2:30 PM, please park in the parking lot and sign your child out in the office. For everyone's safety, please do not squeeze the car pick up line! After 2:30, dismissal will take place through the car line only. Thank you for helping us keep dismissal safe and orderly.
VOE will implement a double car line for dismissal. The safety of your child is our number one priority!
Transportation Changes
To ensure a smooth dismissal and keep all students safe, any changes in your child's transportation must be communicated to the front office by 2:00 PM. This gives us enough time to notify teachers and make necessary arrangements. Please call 377-8600 to make any changes in transportation for your child.
